Ok, we have the final schedule for all of the meals - when and where they will be and what is being served. In this post, I will just provide the times and the venues. As far as what we are serving, you will just have to let it be a surprise! Trust me it will be good and I promise you won't go hungry this weekend!
Friday Night Dinner: 6:30 p.m.
We will be having a dinner at Park Place/ Browning's Brewery and Restaurant; Park Place Restaurant is located in Louisville Slugger Field at the corner of Jackson and Main Streets. Dress is casual.
Saturday Kiddush Lunch: after the Bar Mitzvah service
We have a yummy kiddush lunch - smoked fish, bagels, desserts, salads, kids food - after the service at the synagogue. This should tide you over until dinner time.
Saturday Night Party: 7:00 p.m.
This is our big celebration for Aaron. The party is at the Frazier International History Museum. We will be having a sit down dinner for the adults, and the kids will be having a buffet consisting of the usual kids food. Cocktails start at 7:00 p.m. Guests will be seated for dinner at 8:00 p.m. Dress is cocktail attire. (If you are not sure what we mean by "cocktail attire" just shoot me or Nancyanne an email.)
Sunday Morning Brunch: 9:30 a.m.
If you are still around and if you are still hungry, Nancyanne and I are hosting a brunch at our home. Our address is 528 Barberry Lane. Our home phone is 502 891 0062. This is another catered affair with lots of your favorite breakfast foods.
The only thing left to cover is the transportation schedule to and from these events, and we are busy putting that together and of course, I will update you when we have the details.
